PAVE Electric Vehicle Subsidy 2025 Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program
The Government of Pakistan has started the PAVE Electric Vehicle Subsidy 2025. Under this scheme, people can get electric motorcycles and rickshaws on subsidy and easy loans. In the first phase, 40,000 bikes and 1,000 rickshaws will be given.
The subsidy is Rs. 80,000 for bikes and Rs. 400,000 for rickshaws. Loans are also available—up to Rs. 200,000 for bikes (2 years) and up to Rs. 880,000 for rickshaws (3 years). Women, delivery riders, and small transport owners will get special quota.
People can apply online from September 1 to September 30, 2025 at www.pave.gov.pk. Selection will be through a computerized draw on October 1, 2025. This program will save fuel, reduce pollution, and give affordable transport to Pakistanis..

How Much Subsidy Will You Get?

Along with subsidy, you can also take easy loans:
- For motorcycles: Loan up to Rs. 200,000, payable in 2 years.
- For rickshaws: Loan up to Rs. 880,000, payable in 3 years.
